At the end of the work, and before carrying out any type of maintenance, perform the following operations:
1. Carry out the steps necessary to secure the machine, see paragraph "MACHINE SAFETY" on page 17.
2. Take the machine to the designated place for emptying the tank.
N.B.: the place designated for this operation must comply with current environmental protection regulations.
3. Perform all the procedures described in the chapter "ROUTINE MAINTENANCE" on page 21.
4. Take the machine to the designated machine storage place.
ATTENTION: Park the machine in an enclosed place, on a flat surface; near the machine there must be no objects that could either
damage it, or be damaged through contact with it.
5. Secure the machine, see paragraph "MACHINE SAFETY" on page 17.

Before carrying out any routine maintenance operations, proceed as follows:
1. Take the machine to the maintenance area.
WARNING: the place designated for this operation must comply with current regulations concerning safety at work and current
environmental protection regulations.
2. Carry out the steps necessary to secure the machine, see paragraph "MACHINE SAFETY" on page 17.
ATTENTION: It is recommended to wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), suitable for the work to be carried out.
3. Remove the vacuum nozzle (1) from the hole in the cover (2) of the vacuum tank (Fig.1).
4. Remove the cover (4) of the vacuum tank (Fig.3), using the hooks (3) on the side of the tank itself (Fig.2).
5. If present, remove the filter bag (5) from the vacuum tank (Fig.4).
6. Discard the filter bag.
N.B.: The container used to house the filter bag must comply with current environmental protection regulations.
N.B.: When using bags for collecting dust, made of fabric instead of paper, empty them and clean them with a jet of air, check their
condition and if necessary change them.
7. Remove the fabric filter (6) from the machine (Fig.5).
N.B.: If the surface of the filter is extremely dirty, brush the filter with a normal soft brush to clean it thoroughly, and if necessary wash it in
water.
ATTENTION: Check the condition of the cloth filter if the filter surface area is particularly clogged or if it is damaged replace it.
8. Clean the inside of the collection tank with a damp cloth.
9. Insert the fabric filter in the tank.
WARNING: Before inserting the fabric filter in the tank, wait until it is completely dry if it was washed.
ATTENTION: When inserting the fabric filter in the tank, make sure that the gasket adheres fully to the edge of the tank so that the
vacuuming is not compromised.
10. Insert the collection bag in the tank.
11. Place the cover on the vacuum tank, fasten it using the hooks on the side of the tank.
ATTENTION: When inserting the cover make sure that the nozzle on is inserted correctly into the hole on the collection bag.
