DESCRIPTION OF MENUS

The stove is equipped with various functions, available in the individual programming menus. Some of these menus are accessible to the
user, others
are password protected, therefore only accessible to the Technical After-Sales Service C.A.T.
The menus are the following:
• SET OROLOGIO (Set clock) menu
• SET CRONO (Set chrono) menu
• SCEGLI LINGUA (Choose language) menu
• VEDI TARATURE (See calibrations) menu
• STATO STUFA (Stove state) Menu
• ORE LAVORO (Work hours) Menu
• BANCA DATI (Database) Menu (password protected)
• AZZERA ORE (Hour reset) Menu (password protected)
• TARATURE FABBRICA (Factory calibration) Menu
• SCEGLI RICETTA (Choose recipe) menu (password protected)

CLOCK ADJUSTMENT (MENU 01 SET OROLOGIO) (Set clock)

To adjust the clock, follow this procedure:
1. Cut and then restore power to the stove using the main switch located on the back.
2. The screen will show the words GIORNO OROLOGIO (Clock day): using the P1 and P2 keys, adjust the current day according
to the table below and confirm by pressing the P5 key.

3. The wording ORE OROLOGIO (Clock hours) appears on the screen and the current hour will be displayed: using the P1 and
P2 keys, adjust hours and confirm by pressing the P5 key
4. The screen will show the wording MINUTI OROLOGIO (Clock minutes) using the P1 and P1 keys, adjust the minutes and
confirm by pressing the P5 key.
