The scale of values of the monitoring service expresses the air quality in percentage: the higher it is, the better the air is.
Two cases can occur:
1) If the air quality is good, the operation is identical to the "Away" program.
2) If the air quality of the outside environment is polluted, the following conditions occur:
• The recovery unit switches off for 60 minutes.
• The recovery unit works as in the "Away" program for 60 minutes.
• The cycle is repeated for six hours, after which the system contacts the atmospheric monitoring service again.
• "OFFLINE" - network disconnection
The heat recovery unit goes into "OFFLINE" mode when the Wi-Fi network or
power supply is interrupted.
Wi-Fi connection interruption:
When the Wi-Fi network is interrupted, after 5 to 15 minutes after pressing a
button, the App screen is grey shaded (see figure below) and an exclamation
point (!) Appears next to "H".
Note: if a button on the App is not pressed, the screen will dim after one
hour.
Power failure:
The grey shaded screen and the exclamation point ('!') next to the heat recovery
unit symbol ('H') appear after about an hour.
• Automatic firmware update (OTA - Over The Air)
If a new firmware version is released, the products are automatically updated.
Note: If for any reason the Wi-Fi network is lost, the heat recovery unit continues to operate and can still be
controlled from the HMI display.
• Manual operation
The user can interrupt each program by clicking on the highlighted part, adjusting the operating speed or switching the unit
off or on with the "On/Off" button. Manual operation remains active for four hours and can also be activated via the HMI
(see HMI operation described in more detail below).
