Install a new Helite cartridge of the same reference. Insert the cartridge
cable into the cylinder. Be careful not to twist or bend it while screwing it in, as
this could damage it. Screw the cartridge as far as possible. Be careful not to
screw it in crooked. Connect the cartridge to the CDU electronic card
(locking connector), caution plug in the connector in the right way .
5 Put the foam chest protector back on the cartridge correctly. Turn on the
airbag (press the ON/OFF
• If a green (road mode) or pink (track mode) LED is flashing, the cartridge is
correctly installed. You can use the airbag vest.
• If a red LED is flashing and you hear beeps, something is wrong (empty
cartridge, cable not properly connected, etc). In this case, recheck the cartridge
installation and the condition of the airbag vest. If the problem persists, contact
your dealer or Helite customer service at sav@helite.com.
7. MEANING OF LEDS AND BEEPS
If you have any doubts or problems with the operation of the airbag vest, please
refer to the table describing the LEDs and beeps coming from the CDU electronic
card. If you cannot find a solution, please contact your dealer or Helite Customer
Service at sav@helite.com.

A loss of GPS signal can change the speed of the LED flashing (faster flashing).
