TROUBLESHOOTING
The product may not operate correctly for trivial reasons or due to unfamiliar methods of use that
are not product malfunctions. In such cases, the problem can be solved easily without the help of a
service center if the following items are checked. If the problem is not resolved even after checking the
following, please contact a service center.
Problem

• Is the power plugged in?
• Is the entire display off?
• Is there a power failure?
• Is the automatic indicator off?
• Is the sleep indicator off?
• Have the filter cleaning and
replacement cycle passed?

sensor lens ?
• Request service.
• Check the problem, then unplug the power and request service.
