Troubleshooting
DESCRIPTION
The dishes are not
completely clean.
The glassware is cloudy.
White spots appear on
plates and glasses.
Black marches in grey on
the crockery.
Detergent remains in the
dispenser.
The dishes do not come
out completely dry.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
There are elements blocking
the movement of the sprinkler
arms.
The filter assembly is not
clean or is not correctly
positioned in the base. This
can cause the spray arms to
block.
Combination of soft water
and too much detergent.
Hard water areas may cause
limescale.
Aluminium utensils have been
rubbed against the crockery.
Crockery blocks the detergent
tank flap.
There is an overload of
crockery.
Dishes have been removed
too early.
Wrong programme has been
selected.
Use a low permeability
dishwasher.

SOLUTION
Rearrange the elements so that the
sprinkler can rotate freely.
Clean and/or replace the filter correctly.
Clean the spray arm nozzles.
Use less detergent if you have soft water
and select a shorter cycle to wash the
glassware and leave it clean.
Add more detergent.
Use a mild abrasive cleaner to remove
these marks.
Rearrange the crockery.
Load the dishwasher as suggested in the
instructions.
Do not empty the dishwasher
immediately after washing. Open
the door slightly so that steam can
escape. Take out the dishes until the
inside temperature is safe to touch.
Unload the lower basket first to prevent
water from falling out of the upper
basket.
With a short programme, the washing
temperature is lower, decreasing the
cleaning performance. Choose a
programme with a long washing time.
Water drainage is more difficult with
these items. Cutlery or dishes of this type
are not suitable for washing in the
dishwasher.
