Take the necessary precautions against frost
During the winter, take frost protection measures in the dishwasher, if your dishwasher is exposed to
heavy frost. After each wash cycle, please proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the electrical current of the dishwasher at the power supply.
2. Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water inlet hose from the water valve.
3. Drain the water from the water inlet pipe and the water valve (use a container to collect the water).
4. Reconnect the water inlet pipe to the water valve.
5. Remove the filter from the bottom of the tank and use a sponge to soak up the water in the sump.
After each wash
After each wash, turn off the water supply to the product and leave the door slightly open so that mois-
ture and odours are not trapped inside.
Disconnect the plug
Before cleaning or maintenance, always unplug the appliance from the power socket.
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the exterior and rubber parts of the dishwasher.
abrasive cleaning agents. Use only a cloth with warm soapy water.
To remove stains from the interior surface, use a cloth dampened with water and a little vinegar, or a
cleaning product specifically for dishwashers.
When not in use for a long period of time
It is recommended to run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty and then disconnect the plug from
the socket, turn off the water supply and leave the door of the product slightly open. This will help the
door seals last longer and prevent odours from forming inside the dishwasher.
Moving the product
If you have to move the product, try to keep it in an upright position. If absolutely necessary, it can be
placed on its back.
Seals
One of the factors that cause odours to form in the dishwasher is food left in the seals. Regular cleaning
with a damp sponge will prevent this from happening.
