WARNING
• For a good operation of taps, always carry out the opening and closing operations after having set
the pump pressure, by turning the lever (9) to
To these control units, equipped with a constant-pressure regulation valve, the instructions of figure 4 apply.
a) Turn the selecting lever (12) to position
(figure 4-a).
Note. The selecting lever can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.
b) When the pump has been primed, turn the selecting lever (12) to position
pressure (figure 4-b).
Note. In such a condition it is possible to use lances and/or a mixer nozzle in a tank.
c) Turn the wing nut (7) clockwise ("+" position) to increase pressure; turn it anticlockwise ("-"position) to
decrease pressure. The pressure value can be read on the pressure gauge (5).
d) Turn the selecting lever (12) to position
the right delivery only (figure 4-d); to position
To these control units, equipped with a constant-pressure regulation valve, the instructions of figure 5 apply.
Moving the compensator wing nut (13) enables the pressure when one of the two deliveries is closed to
be calibrated:
a) Fully unscrew the compensator wing nut (13).
b) Turn the selecting lever (12) to position
(figure 5-a).
Note. The selecting lever can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.
c) When the pump has been primed, turn the selecting lever (12) to position
pressure (figure 5-b).
Note. In such a condition it is possible to use lances and/or a mixer nozzle in a tank.
d) Turn the wing nut (7) clockwise ("+" position) to increase pressure; turn it anticlockwise ("-"position) to
decrease pressure. The pressure value can be read on the pressure gauge (5).
e) Turn the selecting lever (12) to position
f) Close one delivery (figure 5-d) and turn the compensator wing nut until the pressure reaches the same
value as in point d.
g) Open the opposite delivery (figure 5-e) and check that the working pressure is the same as in the two
previous positions.
h) If necessary, repeat the previous operations to adjust further.
WARNING
• With reference to the use and maintenance manual of the machine incorporating the control unit,
carry out a cleaning cycle after use, by letting clean water flow inside it. Never decommission the
control unit leaving pumped liquid inside.
• The control unit is sensitive to frost.
