CAUTION
• The extraordinary maintenance job must be carried out by a Specialised Technician only.
Comply with the instructions below.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Every 300 hours.
At the end of each season or once a year.

The check must be carried out more frequently if liquids are used with suspension of abrasive particles.

If particularly aggressive chemical products are used, we recommend replacing the diaphragm regardless of its condition.

The check must be carried out more frequently if the control unit operates in the presence of strong vibrations (tracked
tractors, explosion engines, etc.).
WARNING
• The data shown in the table are given as an indication only. More frequent jobs may be required in
case of particularly heavy job.
The dismantling of the control unit is to be carried out by qualified personnel only and in compliance with
the laws in force within the country of installation.
CAUTION
• In case the correct operation of the control unit cannot be restored with the support of the information
contained in the table below, apply a Specialised Technician.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSES
The lever (9) is on "BY-PASS" , or the
lever (12) is in position
The pressure regulation wing nut (7) is not
tightened enough.
The pump rotation speed is insufficient.
Pump suction circuit with throttles.
Unsuitable accessory (e.g. worn or too
big nozzle).
Air suction.
The pump pressure accumulator is
deflated.
OPERATION

Move the lever (9) to "PRESS" , or move the
. lever (12) to position

Turn the wing nut clockwise until it reaches the
pressure required.
Restore the correct speed rotation.
Check the pump suction circuit and pay special
attention to the filter cleaning.
Restore the accessory.
Check the soundness of the pump suction
circuit.
Inflate the accumulator and observe the
regulations of the pump Manufacturer.
