2.2. Connecting the station
Observe the circulation direction and the technical data!
Connect the station as detailed in the assembly instructions and secure the pipes using the pipe
clamps.

2.3. Commissioning
Fill the neutralisation station with water.
Check the tightness of the station and of the inlet and outlet pipes.
Close the cover on the neutralization tank.
The station is now ready to operate.
Inform the installation operator and the operator personnel.
E – Malfunctions
Even on carefully designed and manufactured installations used in compliance with the operating
guidelines, it is impossible to exclude any risk of a malfunction. The table below will give you an idea
of the malfunctions which can occur when using the neutralisation station, their causes and corrective
actions.

For any malfunctions which cannot be eliminated using the information given in
the table below, contact the Customer Support Service. Indicate the installation
designation, the order reference and the serial number.
Granulate consumption can vary considerably depending on the conditions of use
(season, burner operating periods, outlet/return temperatures). This will depend
on the normal and technical operating conditions.
Adherence of the granulate is not considered as a malfunction. As may be
required, separate the granulate which has adhered. As a general rule, this will
not impact neutralization efficiency. If decreased neutralization efficiency is
observed, deposits may have formed from the composites in the condensed
water. As a general rule, this problem can be corrected by cleaning and replacing
the granulate more frequently (see section C-2). Use only genuine neutralization
granulate (see consumables)!
