9.3. Repair
The Wireless LED Headlight Camera System may be returned to the factory with prepaid
shipping. The device will be inspected, and an estimate of repair charges will be submitted
for approval.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING
10.1 System Malfunction
Symptom: The status indicator lights on the HD Video Receiver are functioning, but the
screen shows a "No Connection" message.
Potential Cause: The connection between the HD Camera and Recording Unit has been
interrupted, or the HD Camera has been damaged.
Solution: Power off the Recording Unit, reconnect the HD Camera, and turn on the
Recording Unit.
10.2 Interrupted Wireless Connection
Symptom: The status indicator lights on the HD Video Receiver are not functioning.
Potential Cause: The wireless connection between the HD Camera and HD Video
Receiver has been interrupted, or the wireless module has been damaged.
Solution: Power cycle the Recording Unit and restart the HD Video Receiver.
File Save Failure

Symptom: The screen shows a "Please insert SD Card" message.
Potential Cause: The SD card is not inserted or is damaged.
Solution: Power off the Recording Unit, reinsert the SD card. If problem persists the SD
card might be damaged; insert a new SD card.
Image Blur

Symptom: The display image is blurred or obscured.
Potential Cause: The HD Camera has been turned to a non-ideal focal length or has
come loose from its intended mounting location.
Solution: Reconnect the HD Camera to the desired mounting location and/or adjust the
focus of the device by turning the front ring.
Artifacts in Image

Symptom: The display shows spots or aberrations.
Potential Cause: There is dust or smudges on the HD Camera lens.
Solution: Wipe the HD Camera lens with a lens tissue or cloth
