Appendix B: Warranty
AxySpin R
refrigerated microcentrifuges are covered by a warranty for two years against defects in
materials and workmanship. This period begins from the date of purchase, and within this period all
defective parts will be replaced at no charge by Axygen Scientific Inc. The warranty does not cover
defects caused by excessive wear and tear or damage due to shipping, accident, abuse, misuse,
problems with electrical power, or usage not in accordance with product instructions, or if other than
original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer have been used. Each AxySpin R refrigerated
microcentrifuge is tested and documented by the manufacturer before shipping. Axygen Scientific
Inc.' Quality Control System guarantees that the performance of the
microcentrifuge you have purchased is within its specifications.
EQUIPMENT DISPOSAL – EUROPEAN REGULATIONS
According to Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE),
Axygen® Plate Centrifuge is marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin and
must not be disposed of with domestic waste.
Consequently, the buyer shall follow the instructions for reuse and recycling of
waste electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE) provided with the products
and available at the following link:
