1 Intended use
The GF U1000 V2 Wallmount (WM) ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter is used to obtain an optimal measurement of the volume flow
and flow rate in steel and plastic pipes with outside diameter from 22 mm (0.86") to 225 mm (8.85"). Measurable pipe sizes are
dependent on pipe material and inner pipe diameter.
The GF U1000 V2 Wallmount Heatmeter (WHM) is an ultrasonic clamp-on heatmeter, also BTU-meter, energy meter or thermal
meter. It uses ultrasonic sensors to obtain a measurement of the volume flow and flow rate and is equipped with two PT100
temperature sensors to measure flow and return temperatures.
From the measured flow and temperature values, the GF U1000 V2 WHM calculates energy rate and totalized energy.
The GF U1000 V2 WM and WHM consist of clamp-on flow and temperature sensors and a detached head-unit for wallmount
instllations.
Both models require 12-24 V AC/DC power supply and can be supplied with 4-20 mA, pulse, and Modbus communication outputs.
