3.3.2 Panel installation
(1)
Align the panel with the unit body in the direction indicated by
the arrow (see Figure 3.14).
(2)
When mounting, secure the two fixed steel ropes on the unit
body to the hooks on the installation cover of the swing motor
on the panel (see Figure 3.14,
(3)
Connect the leads from the swing motor, and display box from
the panel to the corresponding connections on the unit body
respectively. Take care to use protective casing to wrap the
connection terminals, and use a reliable fixture to secure and
strengthen the safety isolation of the terminals.
(4)
Install and secure the panel on the unit body with bolts
(M5X20) and washers (see Figure 3.14,
installation cover of swing motor must sink into the
corresponding drain pan.
(5)
Adjust the four panel hook screws to keep the panel level, and
lift it evenly up to the ceiling.
(6)
Adjust the panel slightly in the direction indicated by the arrow
(see Figure 3.14, ), so that the centre of the panel aligns with
3
the centre of the opening of the ceiling. Verify that the hooks in
all four corners are securely in place.

Caution
•
The plastic cover plate protruding from the swing motor must be
embedded within the concave area of the sealing plate.
•
Make sure the wiring of the swing motor is not caught inside the sealed
foam.
•
Air and water leakages may result if the screws are too loose. See
Figure 3.16.
•
No gap is allowed between the ceiling and the panel. See Figure 3.17.
•
If it does not affect the lifting and lowering of the indoor unit and the
water discharge piping, you can use the openings at the four corners of
the panel to adjust the height of the indoor unit. See Figure 3.18.

3.3.3 First hang the air inlet grille on the panel, and then connect
the leads of the swing motor and display box to the
corresponding connections on the unit body respectively. Use
the protective casing (accessories 3, 4) to enclose the
connecting terminals, and use tie straps (accessory 5) to fasten
securely to strengthen the safety isolation at the terminals. See
