Troubleshooting
In the event of a fault
• Check the following:
- power supply (power and control),
- the fuel supply (quantity and valve
opening),
- the regulation components,
- the position of the switches on the
control panel.

Otherwise:
• Press BP1, the fault pictogram is
displayed (see table)

Safety components must not be repaired

Symbol Fault
The thermostat for the
reheater cannot be closed (in

Burner does not start after
thermostatic closure.
Unit does not signal any fault.
The burner starts up briefly
when the power supply is

preventilation or pre-ignition
phase
The burner malfunctions at
the end of the safety time

Cause
Defective reheater thermostat
Defective reheater
Low or no power supply
Defective unit.
The unit has been manually
locked.
Flame disappears during
operation
Flare during preventilation and
pre-ignition.
No flame at the end of the safety
time.
Only use manufacturer spare parts.
Note:
After each operation:
• Check the combustion, and that the
various circuits are leak tight.
• Record the results in the relevant
documents.
Corrective action
Replace the reheated line
Check source of low or missing voltage
Change unit
Unlock the unit.
Clean, replace the flame monitor
Adjust the combustion
Change the control unit
Clean or replace the solenoid valve, or
the pump if the solenoid valve is
integrated.
Check fuel oil level in tank. Fill if
necessary.
Open the valves.
Check, adjust the pressure if boost.
Check pump operation and pressure,
the coupling, the filter and the solenoid
valve.
Check the ignition circuit, electrodes
and their settings.
Electrodes are to be cleaned.
Replace if necessary:
the electrodes, the ignition cables, the
high voltage transformer and the
nozzle.
