2. Continue this process until the whole brow cover is indexed and in line with the brow gasket. Critical
Note: Use the shape of the brow gasket and brow cover to ensure proper alignment.
3. Starting with the center snap, verify the snap basket and mushroom are aligned, then lightly press until engagement.
Pro Racer Tip: If the snap doesn't engage following light pressure, DO NOT continue to press. Return to
step 2 and verify alignment before trying to engage snap again.
4. Following the same procedure, verify alignment of each side snaps and lightly press until engagement
on both sides
NECKROLL SNAPS (4 SNAPS)
1. Starting with 1 side, visually confirm alignment and carefully press the snap until it engages
2. Follow this same process until all neckroll snaps are engaged
VELCRO ATTACHMENTS:
1. Align the headliner with the Velcro attachments and
lightly press the headliner at each point. Pro Racer Tip:
If Liner is Misaligned, lift to disengage then reposition
correctly
CHEEK PADS
Cheek pads are attached by use of three (3) emergency
quick release snaps. To release, pull downward and
forward at a slight angle on emergency pull tab at front of
cheek pad until snaps disengages.
For reinstallation take great care to properly align barb
end of cheekpadbacking with smaller hole receptacle on
chinbar liner. Insert one snap at a time and apply pressure
until you hear a click. Continue with other 2 locations to
make sure cheekpad is properly secure.
