1. Open the bleed air valve (85). The pump can now expel any air
trapped in (fig. 2).
2. Start the pump opening the pumps valve (pos. A), and increasing the pressure
with the regulating filter gradually (pos. B). The pump starts operating.
3. Close the pump air bleed valve (85) as soon as the material trapped
air is pumped out of the valve.
4. The pump starts to pump when an outlet valve is opened (pos. H), for
example a dispensing ink gun.

1. Abra a válvula de purgado de a bomba (85), para eliminar o ar que se
encontre dentro dela.
2. Arranque a bomba com a válvula de fornecimento de ar (pos. A),
incremente progressivamente a velocidade da bomba com o filtro
regulador (pos B).
3. Feche a válvula de purga (85), no momento que não saia ar
bloqueado com fluido através desta.
4. A bomba já está pronta para operar. A bomba começa a bombear
quando se abre uma válvula de saída (pos. H), por exemplo uma
pistola dispensadora de tinta.

SYMPTOMS
The pump is not working or there is
no ink delivery.
The pump begins to operate very fast. Pump dry-runing. The drum is empty.
The pump keeps on operating
although the ink outlet is closed.
Air leabreage through the air outlet
muffler (25).
Ink flow out put too low or diminishes
over time.

POSSIBLE REASONS
No suitable air supply pressure.
Some outlet circuit element is clogged or closed.
There is an air pocket in the ink inlet area.
Air in pump.
There is a ink leakage at some point in the circuit.
Contamination in the piston valve (77).
Contamination in the foot valve (81).
Damage or worm piston O-ring (44).
The air seal of the inventor assembly is damaged and worm (8). Replace the air seal (8).
Damage or worm spool seals.
Contamination in the foot valve (81).
Contamination in the piston valve (77).
Exhaust muffler clogged log compressed air dirt/lubricant. Replace the muffler left (30) (31).

se encuentre dentro de ella.
2. Arranque la bomba con la válvula de suministro de aire (pos. A), incremente
progresivamente la velocidad de la bomba con el filtro regulador (pos B).

atrapado con fluido a través de esta.
4. La bomba ya está lista para operar. La bomba empieza a bombear

SOLUTIONS
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Bleed the air in follower plate.
Bleed the air in pump (85).
Replace the drum.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged (77).
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged (81).
Replace O-ring (44).
Replace the seals (18) and (20).
Remove and clean (81).
Replace if damaged.
Remove and clean.
Replace if damaged (77).
