CLEANING SHEET IN COMPLIANCE WITH HACCP PROCEDURE
To clean it is advisable to use mild detergents and disinfectants that do not contain alkali (e.g. caustic soda), acidic or chlorinated compounds
(e.g. hypochlorite), or organic solvents (e.g. acetone, alcohol, ether).
Do not use abrasive cloths or metal sponges to remove dirt. Compound solutions must not be used.
Before using any product, read the technical sheet and the safety sheet indicated on the pack.

HOW IT WORKS
The surfactant dissolves dirt, which is
subsequently rinsed off with water.
The anti-bacterial action interferes with the
metabolic reactions of proteins and with the
permeability of the cell membranes.
They are incompatible with anionic
surfactants as they become ineffective
when mixed with them.
Do not mix quaternary ammonium
compounds with normal detergents.

HOW TO APPLY
Apply the product using a soft sponge or a
nonwoven or microfibre cloth.
Leave for 5 minutes and rinse with water.
