When you are happy with the fit of the pet carrier, remove it and set it on the ground. Use the
toggle button and loop to hold the front panel open. Allow your pet to explore the pet carrier on
his own before taking him for a walk or a ride.
Once your pet is comfortable with the pet carrier in the vertical position, try placing it horizontally, with the
backpack straps on the floor. When you are not traveling, you can use the pet carrier in this position to give
your pet more room to lie down.
