♦ Check the wiring between J9, panel board
(47), central adapter (3) and torch button.
♦ Check the wiring between J17, panel board
(47) and connector (8).
♦ Check the supply voltages of the panel board
(478), performing, if necessary, the PANEL
BOARD (47) POWER SUPPLY TEST, of
par. 3.3.1.
♦ Replace panel board (47).
■ Check integrity of the components inserted on the start
line between J9, J17 and Q2 on the panel board (47) (see
Connectors map, par. 5.7).

♦ Check the wiring between J17 and J18 of
panel board (47), connector (8) and accessory
connected to connector (8).
♦ Check supply voltages of the power (56) and
panel (47) boards, performing the tests of par.
3.3.1.
♦ Replace panel board (47).
■ Replace panel board (47).
3.3.6
No gas flows from the torch.
NOTE
In tthe power sources art. 386 and 388, the solenoid valve
(13) is controlled when the machine is turned on to bleed
the gas pipes.
The solenoid valve (13) can be activated with the gas test
command via the Touch panel (1) (see Instruction Manu-
al).
SOLENOID VALVE (13) TEST.
□ Solenoid valve (13) terminals = 24 Vdc approximately,
with start button pressed.
NO
Correct?
♦ Make sure on solenoid valve (13) termi-
nals resistance = 56 ohm, approximately. If
>Mohm (winding interrupted), replace the
solenoid valve (13).
♦ Check for the presence of gas at the intake
fitting 11-21 and that the pressure and flow
rate, in the intake line, meet specification
values.
♦ Make sure the gas lines in the power source
are not clogged.
♦ Replace the solenoid valve (13).
■ Check the wiring between solenoid valve (13) and con-
nector J19 on panel board (47).
■ Make sure on solenoid valve (13) terminals resistance
= 56 ohm, approximately. If 0 ohm (short-circuit), re-
place solenoid valve (13) and check the efficiency of the
mosfet M3-4 and diodes D20-22 on panel board (47).
■ Check integrity of the components inserted on the sole-
noid valve (13) command line (R67-148,R59-167, M3-
4, D20-22) on panel board (47) (see Connectors map,
par. 5.7).
■ Check supply voltage on J20 of panel board (47) per-
forming, .
■ Replace power (56) and/or panel (47) boards.
■ Replace solenoid valve (13).
