Unlock the Control
The display will not lock unless it was originally locked.
1. Press any button to show the current lock status.

2. If the display shows unL, the control is unlocked. If the
display show Loc, press and hold both the back button
and the up arrow

Change the Set Point
Changing the set point adjusts the appliance temperature to
keep optimal product temperature.
1. Press the up
setting.
2. Press the up or down arrows until the display shows the
desired setting.
3. Leave the display inactive until it shows the current
appliance temperature.
