Service
Tool service must be performed only by quali ed repair personnel. Service or maintenance per-
formed by unquali ed personnel could result in a risk of injury. For example: internal wires may
be misplaced or pinched, safety guard return springs may be improperly mounted.
When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow instructions in the Mainte-
nance section of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow Maintenance Instruc-
tions may create a risk of electric shock or injury. Certain cleaning agents such as gasoline, carbon
tetrachloride. ammonia, etc. may damage plastic parts.
Safety Rules for Orbital Sander
1.To reduce the risk of serious injury to human body when operating the machine for a long time,
please always wear dust mask and ear cover.
2.Always wear protective glasses or eye mask when using the machine. Usually the glasses lens
only has the function of anti - shock, is not the protective glasses. Following this rule will reduce
the risk of serious injury to the human body.
3.In the process of use, all the wires shall be expanded to prevent overheating.
4.When using the extension cord, make sure the rated working current of the extension cord
matches the machine and that the connection is in a safe electrical environment.
5.Ensure the supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the machine.
6.After working for a long time, the metal and accessories on the surface will get hot, avoiding
scalding.
7.Sanding machine is hand - held tools, please do not use the machine xed, to use the grip.
8.Before working, please check the working area for nails, screws and other metal.
9.Do not stop the sander by applying pressure to the oor.
10.Use only intact sandpaper, not worn or damaged sandpaper.
11.Do not work on materials containing asbestos.
12.Don't eat or drink in the work area.
13.Do not enter work area without dust mask.
14.This machine can only be used for dry sanding, not wet sanding.
