Sugar and eggs will make bread darker. Please add them in the
amount recommended by the Recipe Book. Adding too many will
bring a heavy color and even burn the bread. Adding eggs may
make the dough too thin, so adjust the amount of water added by
adding the egg to the measuring cup and fill water to the speci-
fied level.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Keep Surface Clean
1. Unplug unit and disconnect electricity before cleaning.
2. Apply the small amount gentle cleaning solution to a clean and
soft cloth, wipe the unit, and dry it thoroughly with another
cloth. Abrasive cleansers and corrosive liquids could damage
the unit.
Keep Accessories Clean
1. After each use, clean all the accessories used.
2. If stirring rod cannot be easily pulled out of the pan, pour
some water in and allow it to soak. This should loosen any-
thing preventing the rod from releasing.
3. For storage, clean all accessories, allow them to cool, and
store them in the pan.

1. Temperature range: 14˚F- 104˚F
2. Relative air humidity: less than 95% (at 77˚F).
3. Storage temperature: -40˚F-140˚F.
4. Ambient air shall be free of combustible and corrosive gas and
conductive dust.
