TROUBLE SHOOTING / FAQ
The roller shutter stops when it goes up.
Possible cause:
• The roller shutter is iced or there is an obstruction
in the guide rail.
Solution:
• Remove the ice or obstruction. Move the roller
shutter in a downward direction to clear the trav-
el path.
