For stubborn marks the following is recommended:
•
Vitreous enamel or stainless-steel parts use only a cleaner that is
recommended for these types of material – avoid chlorine bases
products (such as bleach).
•
Glass ceramic surface, if any spillage becomes burnt on, remove with a
ceramic glass cleaner or scraper and clean with a cleaner-conditioner
containing silicone.
Important!
• The hob should only be washed with warm water and a small amount of
washing-up liquid.
Caution!
• Ensure the heating plate is clean-a soiled zone does not transfer all of
the heat.
• Protect the hob against corrosion.
• Do not leave pans with prepared dishes based on fats and oils
unattended on the switched-on plate; hot fat can spontaneously catch
fire.
