Wir bitten Sie, die nachstehenden Anleitungen sorgfältig zu beachten, damit die AKS 70|VM 62 stets ihre volle Leistungsfähigkeit erbringen kann.
  • Página 9 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ DIE MASCHINE DARF ERST NACH DER BEFESTIGUNG ALLER VIER HUBBÄNDER AN DEN DAZUGEHÖRIGEN TRANSPORTÖSEN (M10) ANGEHOBEN WERDEN. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Eine Rampe (mit geeigneter Belastbarkeit) an die kürzere Seite der Auflageplatte schieben. Die Rampe muss eine Länge von mindestens 1,5 m haben (damit die Staubdichtungen aus Gummi nicht beschädigt werden) und 1 m breit sein.

Immer darauf achten, dass sich während des Betriebs keine Personen dem Wirkungskreis der Maschine nähern.   • Página 11 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 SEITENBÜRSTE: Die Seitenbürste Teil 1 Abb. 4 hat die Funktion, Staub und Schmutz vor die Maschine zu bringen: sie dient ausschließlich zur Reinigung von Kanten, Ecken, Profilen. Nach deren Reinigung muss sie ausgeschaltet (angehoben) werden, um unnötiges Aufwirbeln von Staub zu vermeiden. Die Reinigungswirkung von Walzebürste in Verbindung mit dem Einsatz der Seitenbürste ist geringer als der Einsatz der Walzenbürste alleine.
  • Página 12 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 EINSCHALTHEBEL DER WALZENBÜRSTE: Dieser Hebel Teil 2 Abb. 6 dient zum Ein- bzw. Ausschalten der Walzenbürste. Wenn der Hebel in seinem Schlitz nach unten geschoben wird, senkt sich die Walzenbürste in Arbeitsstellung ab; wird der Hebel bis zur Einrastung in der eigenen Arretierkerbe nach oben geschoben, schaltet sich die Walzenbürste aus.
  • Página 13 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62  Verletzungsgefahr für Hände, Körper, Augen bei Verwendung der Maschine mit beschädigten Schutzvorrichtungen.  Verletzungsgefahr für Hände, wenn die Seitenbürste oder die Walzenbürste aus irgendeinem Grund während der Drehung berührt wird. Die Bürsten dürfen nur bei ausgeschaltetem Motor und mit Hilfe von Schutzhandschuhen angefasst werden, um Schnitt- oder Stichverletzungen zu verhindern, wenn Scherben oder andere spitzes/scharfkantiges Kehrgut zwischen den Borsten vorhanden sind.
  • Página 14 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 KAPITEL 12 - BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG UND EMPFEHLUNGEN WICHTIG: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch der Maschine, dass sich keine Gegenstände wie Schnüre, Kunststoff- oder Metallfäden, Kabel, Lappen, Stöcke, Stromdrähte usw. auf dem Boden befinden. Alle diese Gegenstände sind gefährlich, weil sie die Staubschutzdichtungen und die Bürsten beschädigen können.

  • Página 16 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 Erster Ölwechsel nach 5 Betriebsstunden; die Ölwanne enthält ca. 0,45 Liter Öl. Für gemäßigte Klimabereiche empfehlen wir das Universalöl 10W-30 für Benzinmotoren. Für andere Klimabereiche lesen Sie bitte das Motorhandbuch. Zum Ölwechsel den dafür vorgesehenen Ölablaufschlauch benutzen. Nächster Ölwechsel nach jeweils 40/50 Betriebsstunden.
  • Página 17 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 70|VM 62 KAPITEL 18 - STÖRUNGEN / URSACHEN / ABHILFEN Bei den Kehrmaschinen der Serie AKS 70|VM 62 können im Wesentlichen 2 Arten von Störungen auftreten: Aus der Maschine tritt während des Gebrauchs Staub aus oder die Maschine hinterlässt Schmutz auf dem Boden. Das kann zahlreiche Ursachen haben, doch kommen Störungen bei korrektem Gebrauch und einer guten ordentlichen Wartung nur selten vor.

After cleaning, this must be disengaged (raised) to prevent raising dust and because the cleaning effect of the side brush is inferior to that of the central brush.

Elles ne doivent pas être utilisées sur des chemins de terre, de graviers ou des surfaces très abîmées. Elles ne doivent en aucun cas ramasser de l’huile, des poisons, ni toute autre sorte de matériaux chimiques (en cas d’utilisation de la machine dans des établissements chimiques, veuillez demander une autorisation spécifique délivrée par le revendeur ou directement par le fabricant).
