Common problems and troubleshooting methods
"/Some or all of the keys do not work well
1.1 Open the upper case of the electronic watch and test whether the keys are normal;
1.2 Check or replace the electronic watch board;
1.3 Whether the keys can be used normally after powering on again.
2. The electronic watch has no display
Exclusion Guidelines:
2.1 Check whether the input voltage is within the allowable range;
2.2 Check whether the switch on the treadmill is turned on;
2.3 Check whether the fuse in the power socket is blown. If it is blown, please replace it with a spare
fuse.
2.4 Check the controller to see if the LED light is on;
2.5 Check the connection lines;
2.6 Check or replace the electronic watch board;
2.7 Check or replace the lower control circuit board.
2.8 Other problems and troubleshooting methods
a. The walking pad treadmill cannot be started
Check whether the power plug is inserted, the power switch is turned on, and the safety switch is
removed.
b. The walking pad treadmill slips
Refer to the manual to adjust the tension of the running belt.
c. Running belt deviation
Refer to the instructions, adjust the centering of the running belt.
d. Running abnormal noise
Check whether the machine screw is loose, and check whether the running belt needs to be
lubricated
Maintenance terms
1.Non-artificial damage that occurs during normal use of the product under the condition of correct use
and maintenance.
2. The following terms are not covered by warranty
a. Damage caused by abuse, negligent use, accident or unauthorized modification;
b. Damage caused by improper adjustment of the running belt and drive belt;
c. Damage caused by abnormal maintenance;
d. Other illegal operations and resulting damages.
3. This warranty is only valid for private use at home, not for professional training situations such as
gyms.
Exercise instructions
●Consult your doctor before starting an exercise or training program, and train according to your
doctor's advice and guidance.
●Set exercise goals after consulting with your doctor, so as to ensure that the plan is realistic and start
the training plan calmly.
●You can add some aerobic exercise to the exercise plan, such as walking, jogging, swimming,
dancing or cycling. Check your pulse frequently. If you don't have an electronic heartbeat monitor
personally, ask your doctor the correct way to measure your pulse by hand from your wrist or neck. In
addition, you must set a target heart rate based on age and physical fitness.
●Drink enough water during exercise. You must replenish the fluids lost through excessive exercise to
prevent dehydration. Avoid drinking large quantities of ice water or beverages at room temperature.
