Shrimp risotto
Ingredients for 3-4 people:

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

400 g rice for risotto
●
800 ml vegetable broth
●
200 ml white wine
●
3 portions of prawns
●
A little parsley and rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper
Add olive oil to the pressure cooker and
steam the finely chopped onions and the
pressed garlic until transparent. Mix in
the rice, add a little salt and the vegetable
broth as well as the white wine.

Close the pot; the cooking time at level
II is approximately 10 minutes. Open the
pot, add the prawns and the chopped
herbs. Allow the risotto to cook while stir-
ring continually. Add a little salt and pep-
per to taste.
Lentil soup
Ingredients for 4 people:

1 onion
●
1 leek
●
3 carrots
●
¼ celery stalks
●
250 g lentils
●
5 potatoes
●
Salt, pepper, thyme
●
1 l vegetable broth
●
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Peel and dice the onion, clean the vegeta-
bles and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes
and cut into larger pieces. Add oil to the
pressure cooker and lightly fry the onions.
Add potatoes, vegetables and the lentils
and pour in the vegetable broth. Add spic-
es and herbs to taste. Close the pot. The
cooking time is approximately 10 minutes
at level II. Open the pot and subsequently
add the vinegar to the lentils.
