HITCH REMOVAL
3. Remove the Base assembly.
1 Remove the Lynch Pins from the Tee Pin Castle Nuts.
2 Loosen Castle Nuts and re-install the Lynch Pins
3 Remove the Lynch Pins from the Handles and rotate to the unlocked position.
4 Lift each side of the Hitch separately out of the Pucks. Handles may have to be
jiggled slightly to align Tee Pins with Puck slots to allow removal.
5 If hitch is difficult to remove, loosen Leg Bolts 1-2 turns. Re-tighten Leg Bolts to
specified torque (see Height Adjustment section) upon re-installation.
4. Install the 4 outer Puck Plugs, if equipped.
5. Rotate the Handles to locked position and secure with Lynch Pins for storage.
6. Store the Hitch in a dry place where dirt and debris will not get into Anchor
assemblies.
