Slide bowl onto shaft.
8. Align holes between bracket and
bowl.
9. Secure the bowl with assembly hex
screws (an impact or torque wrench).
•
Apply Loctite® 243 on threads if
the bolt does not contain a patch.
10. Make sure the O-ring is installed in the
O-ring groove at the top of bowl.
11. Repeat the steps in
"Bowl Assembly"
on page 9
until the last bowl is in place.
•
Do not install an impeller between
the last bowl and the discharge
bracket.
12. Slide discharge case onto shaft until
it butts up to the top of the bowl.
13. Align bolt holes.
14. Secure discharge case to bowl using assembly hex screws.
•
Apply Loctite® 243 on threads if the bolt does not contain a patch.
