ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Bracket and Shaft Installation
1. Lay motor bracket flat (preferably on a
pump build table).
2. Slide the end setting tool into the motor
bracket ensuring no gap between the tool
and bracket.
• Refer to "Submersible Tools & Equip-
ment" on page
• Bronze bearing is pre-installed into
the motor bracket.
3. Install and hand-tighten the fixture bolts through the
bracket to the shaft end setting tool.
• Refer to "Submersible Tools & Equipment" on page
4. Slide bowl shaft toward the end setting
tool until both are touching.
5. Pass the setup bolt thru the tool.
6. Thread into the bowl shaft and tighten.
7. Ensure there is no gap between the end
setting tool and bowl shaft.
