BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Extract the various components from the packaging, check that they are intact and complete,
gently remove any protections and labels. The packaging includes:

No.1 Disc holding shaft
•
No.1 Bowl with lid
•
No.1 USB-C cord
•
No.1 Charging adapter

Before the first use, or after long periods of non-use, wash all the parts that come into contact
with foodstuffs as indicated in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
3. Check that all the parts are properly assembled and in position before use.
4. Charge the appliance.
RECHARGING THE BATTERY
1. Open the rubber protection on the motor housing. Connect the USB connector of the cable to
the motor housing.
2. Connect the USB connector to the charging adapter.
3. Connect the charging adapter to the wall socket.
4. The lights will flash during charging. The lights stop flashing when the appliance is fully charged.
See the "Indicator lights" section for details.
5. Approximately 3 hours are needed to fully charge the appliance. Do not charge the appliance for
more than 12 hours to prevent possible damage to the charging adapter due to mains voltage
fluctuations or power outages.
Notes:
•
The appliance is shipped with the batteries approximately 30% charged. During use, one or two
charge LED indicators may turn on. The appliance will work properly even without being charged
before the first use. It is recommended to fully charge the appliance before first use for best
performance.
•
To ensure continued performance and maximum battery duration, it is recommended to charge
the battery at a room temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Taking this precaution will help avoid
serious damage to the battery itself.
ASSEMBLY
1.
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
2.
Place the bowl on the motor body, aligning the two tabs of the bowl with the grooves on the
motor body, turning it clockwise to secure the bowl until you hear a "click".

3. Carefully lift the blade assembly, holding it from the shaft and insert it on the central bowl
shaft, securing it by pushing downwards (until you hear a click).
4. Place the processing lid on the bowl, aligning the grooves on the bottom part of the lid with
the tabs on the top part of the bowl, turning it clockwise until you hear a click.
