INFORMATION ABOUT ENZYME PLUS
1. This automatic fermenter is a very experienced product with a clean and simple
appearance. The use of this device is strictly to bring and keep foods to their optimal
temperatures for fermentation. Enzyme Plus is mainly used to ferment garlic, yogurt,
kimchi, sweet rice wine, fruit wine, to dry and ferment natto, to ferment dough, but
it also has additional functions like preservation and disinfection. Keep reading this

2. Enzyme Plus heats completely the container: the internal temperature is uniform and
accurate from the top to the bottom, and its insulation prevents heat loss thus reducing
energy consumption.
3. Enzyme Plus can also combine dehydration with fermentation, so if you have specially
wet garlic, for instance, you can use the dehydration button for further drying.
4. The stainless-steel cage structure allows good air circulation to ensure even cooking
and easy cleaning. Two-layer basket for maximum weight load is (1.5Kgs for segmented
garlic and 2Kgs for solo garlic).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Press the "FUNCTION" button to select the desired function: press the button
continuously to select the product to be processed: Garlic only, Garlic, Yogurt, Natto,
Enzyme, Fruit Vinegar, Fruit Wine / Sweet Rice Wine, Pickle / Sourdough, Drying / Heat
Preservation, Simmer / Disinfection.
The light will change from one process to another as you click on it.
In case you want to change the pre-set programs, you can change the days (d) or hours
(h) by pressing the "TIME" button or by pressing the "TEMPERATURE" button, you can
increase or decrease the working temperature.
