Press "FUNCTION" button to enter Natto function. Light indicator will display default
setting of 8hours (39°C). Further selection of different timing setting can be selected
by pressing the "TIME" button. You may selectively choose your desired temperature by
pressing the"TEMP" button. Press the temperature button continuously to adjust the
temperature: 41-43-45-33-35-37°C.
5. Enzyme
Press "FUNCTION" button to enter Enzyme function. light indicator will display default
setting of 6 days (26°C). Further selection of different timing setting can be selected by
pressing the "TIME" button. (press the time button continuously to adjust the number of
days: 8-10-12-6 days). You may selectively choose your desired temperature by pressing
the "TEMP" button. (Press the temperature button continuously to set the temperature:
28-30-32-34-22-24°C).
6. Fruit Vinegar
Press "FUNCTION" button to enter Fruit Vinegar function. Light indicator will display
default setting of 8 days (26°C). Further selection of different timing setting can be
selected by pressing the "TIME" button (press the time button continuously to adjust the
number of days: 8-10-12-6 days). You may selectively choose your desired temperature
by pressing the "TEMP" button. (Press the temperature button continuously to set the
temperature: 28-30-32-34-22-24°C).
7. Fruit Wine / Sweet Rice Wine
Press "FUNCTION" button to enter Fruit wine/Sweet rice wine function. Light indicator
will display default setting of 2days (26°C). Further selection of different timing setting
can be selected by pressing the "TIME" button (Press the time button continuously
to adjust the number of days: 2-3-8-10-12-15-2days). You may selectively choose your
desired temperature by pressing the "TEMP" button. (Press the temperature button
continuously to adjust the temperature: 28-30-32-34-22-24°C). Sweet rice wine can take
2 days, fruit wine needs 10-15 days. Please refer to the brewing method described below
for details.
8. Pickle / Sourdough
Press "FUNCTION" button to enter Pickle and Sourdough function. Light indicator will
display default setting of 2 hours (26°C). Further selection of different timing setting can
be selected by pressing the "TIME" button(Press the time button continuously to adjust
the number of time 2-4-6-8 hours).You may selectively choose your desired temperature
by pressing the "TEMP" button. (Press the temperature button continuously to adjust
the temperature: 28-30-32-34-36-24-26°C).
