Cannot start

Make sure that the machine is plugged into the outlet and the machine power is turned on.

Check whether the power cord is damaged. If it is damaged, do not use the machine.

Use a screwdriver to press the reset lever inside the RESET hole at the bottom of the machine, and
then power on the machine again.

If not for the above reasons, please consult a professional for maintenance (the problem may be:
the control panel is damaged, the wire connector is loose, etc.).
Cannot vacuum
