MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATION
The equipment is lubricated at the factory. However, it is recommended to check the lubrication
regularly, to ensure optimum operation of the equipment.
Every 15 days of use, lift the running belt from the side and touch the bottom of the running belt
and the deck. If there are traces of silicone, lubrication is not necessary. If the surface is dry, lubricate
otherwise, follow the instructions below, using the rules of use as a reference:
Less than 3 hours a week - Lubricate every 3 months;
•
•From 4 to 7 hours a week - lubricate every 2 months;
•More than 7 hours a week - Lubricate once a month.
•Do not over- apply lubricant. Correct lubrication increases the treadmill's service life.
METHOD OF APPLICATION OF RUNNING BELT LUBRICATION
To perform lubrication, use the lubricant that comes with the
equipment, if necessary, purchase Movelub from authorized dealers
or directly from Movement.
1- Position the running belt so that the seam is up.
2- Insert the extender into the lubrication applicator, as shown.
3- At the front of the treadmill next to the fairing, lift the running
belt on one side and position the applicator, below and in the center
of the running belt. 4 - Gradually apply a maximum of 20ml of
lubricant, up to the back of the treadmill.
5- After application, turn on the equipment at a speed of 4.0 km / h
and leave the belt on for 10 minutes, so that the lubricant is best
spread on the running belt.
6- To ensure the quality of the lubrication, disconnect the belt and
check that the lubricant has spread evenly over the running belt. Lift
the edges of the running belt to check, the lubrication must not
exceed the distance of 30 to 50mm from the edge of the running
belt, on both sides.
