WARRANTY
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
•Parts of natural wear and nishing items such as: running belt, board, motor
bearings, rubber shock absorbers, belts in general, fairings and plastic nishes,
adhesives, transport wheels.
• Products repaired or modi ed by third parties, without prior written authorization
from Brudden;
• Products used in places with high uctuations in temperature and humidity, such
as saunas and the next heated swimming pools, or the air conditioning directly from
the air;
• Damage to electrical and electronic parts caused by electrical discharges and large
variations in the voltage of the electrical network outside the range indicated in the
instructions for use or failure in the necessary basic and preventive maintenance as
also described in the manual;
• Software updates (PROM);
•Repairs made to MOVEMENT products without the serial number or with the
changed and / or damaged identi cation;
••No type of travel or technical service for installation and assembly of the product
or instruction to the owners about how to use the product.
•The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an
authorized dealer or the one from whom the product was purchased. The costs of
any transport of the product to technical assistance including a technical visit made
by authorized Assistant, are paid by the purchaser, whether or not the product is
covered by this warranty.
•The liability of this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, modi cation or
replacement of the product supplied.
•Brudden is not responsible for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment
and installations, pro table or any consequential or consequential damages.
•Brudden reserves the right to halt manufacture of its products without prior notice
and/or modify the speci cations and introduce improvements to products at any
time, without incurring the obligation to do the same in previously manufactured
products.
INSTALLATION OF COMPONENTS / PARTS / ACCESSORIES
The components and / or parts that may be installed by Brudden or through an
authorized technical assistant within the warranty period of manufacture of the
equipment, will have a warranty identical to the warranty of the equipment in which
they were installed or assembled.
Components and / or parts that may not be installed by Brudden or through an
authorized technical assistant as part of the original sale of the equipment, will have
a parts and service warranty limited to 90 (ninety) days, being the same legal
warranty as Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days.
AN ORIGINAL PURCHASE APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED IN ANY CASE.
