WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HOME EQUIPMENT
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE
USING YOUR EQUIPMENT.BY USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO
FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY.
Brudden guarantees all new MOVEMENT products to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for the warranty periods set out below.
The warranty periods start on the date of issuance of the invoice for the purchase of
the product issued by Brudden or its authorized reseller.
This warranty will apply only to defects discovered during the warranty period and
only with the original purchaser of the product.
To use this warranty, the buyer must contact an authorized MOVEMENT technical
assistant within 30 days after nding any nonconformity and make the equipment
available for inspection by BRUDDEN or its authorized technical assistance.
Bruddenn's commitment is limited to how it has been demonstrated before.
IMPORTANT: to fully cover for the time in writing in the table below,
YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT on the website www.movement.com.br/
garantia. If the registration is NOT COMPLETED, ONLY the legal warranty of the
Consumer Protection Code (art.26, II) of 90 (ninety) days will be valid.
