DANGER – RISK OF FATAL INJURY FROM
DAMAGED COMPONENT PARTS
If you use a damaged component part to charge the
vehicle, this may lead to fire or an electric shock,
for example.
Before using the charging system and the relevant
adapter, always check both for external damage. If
you detect any damage, do not use the charging
system.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY INSTALLED
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
If you connect the charging system to incorrectly
installed or damaged electrical installations, this
may lead to fire or an electric shock, for example.
Only connect the charging system to electrical
installations that are not damaged, have been
correctly installed and have been approved by a
qualified electrician.
In addition to the internal residual current
protection for charging with direct current (DC) or
alternating current (AC), the electrical installation
must be equipped with a type- A fault interrupter
and a circuit breaker.
Observe the country-specific legal requirements for
electrical installations.

RISK OF ACCIDENT AND INJURY IN THE
EVENT OF UNAUTHORISED USE
Ensure that persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities as well as persons lacking in
experience or knowledge use the charging system
only under the supervision of a responsible person.
Store the charging system and the adapters out of
reach of children.
In the case of unsupervised charging, make sure
that no unauthorised persons (e.g. children) or
animals have access to the charging system or the
vehicle.
