LED flashes red
Connection to vehicle failed.
Depending on the fault detected, the LED will flash rapidly once or twice and will then go
out for one second. This flashing sequence will then repeat.

The temperature of the charging system is within the permissible range.

The temperature of the charging system is raised.

The charging power is automatically reduced.
Check the vehicle for problems with the charging process (see vehicle Owner's
Manual).
Disconnect the charging system from the mains supply and the vehicle and repeat
the process.
If the fault persists, contact a qualified specialist workshop.
Check the connection with the vehicle.
