LEDs come on when you push
the On/Off button on the prod-
uct.
The product is on, but a warn-
ing indicator or a indicator is on

Do a test with a different battery.
Make sure that the power connectors
between the battery and the product are
not dirty or damaged.
Remove the battery and install it correct-
ly.
