(2) Automatic Tilt
You can set the automatic tilt function ON/OFF.
Before using this function, you need to configure the following
items:
• Tilt limit setting ( BOAT SET > Tilt/Trim Preset > Tilt Limit
Set ) (P.16)
• Trim limit setting ( BOAT SET > Tilt/Trim Preset > Trim
Limit Set ) (P.18)
• Under the following conditions, Automatic Tilt is grayed
out and cannot be configured.
– When the tilt limit setting has not been completed
– When the trim limit setting has not been completed
– When the engine does not support the automatic tilt
– When an error occurs in the outboard motor
– When DLC (dealer's tool) is connected
1. Use the [ ∧ ] or [ ∨ ] button to select BOAT SET and press the
[ENTER] button.
2. Use the [ ∧ ] or [ ∨ ] button to select Assist Function and
press the [ENTER] button.
3. Use the [ ∧ ] or [ ∨ ] button to select Automatic Tilt and
press the [ENTER] button.
4. Use the [ ∧ ] or [ ∨ ] button to select ON or OFF and press
the [ENTER] button.
• When the Automatic Tilt setting is successfully completed,
the COMPLETE pop-up window appears.
• If the Automatic Tilt setting is not completed, the FAILED
pop-up window appears. Retry setting from step 3.
