Observe the safety instructions. Remove the spark
plug cap and wear tight-fitting gloves when working
with the tines.
Place and engage the traction and throttle cables as
described. Incorrectly fitted cables (incorrect positioning or
incorrect lever engagement) may cause malfunctions.
Carry out all the work described on a clean, horizontal, flat
and firm floor.
Observe the assembly positions. Always ensure a stable
and secure machine position.
Follow the instructions for fixing the cables carefully. In
particular, secure all the cable with cable ties on the
handlebar in order to avoid damage to the machine (when
folding down the handlebar) or possible malfunctions.
Drive wheels
1. Mount the shaft on both wheels;
2. Fit the wheels shaft onto the drive shaft;
3. Insert the clevis pin into the middle hole of the wheel
shaft and drive shaft and then insert the R-clip.
Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the
wheels.

Front wheel
1. Remove the wheel fixing bolt and pin;
2. Place the wheel in the front wheel bracket (1);
3. Place the fixing bolt and the adjustment pin in the wheel
upper holes and in the bracket holes;
4. Insert the corresponding R-clips.
Locking pin
When performing work:
1. Remove the pin and pull the wheel upwards;
2. Place the pin in the bottom hole of the wheel and in the
hole of the bracket (1);
3. Insert the R-clip.
Adjustment pin
1. Secure the lever to the handlebar stem using the locking
pin before assembling the stem;
2. Place the pin from top to bottom and the corresponding
R-clip;
3. Secure the gear shift lever to the gearbox shaft using the
locking pin.
