 Attach the two front panel sections together into a single front panel with (1) M4x10 screw as shown. (A)
Note: The front panels will be located at the very bottom of the carton box, underneath the main grill
head.
 Attach the front panel to the cart by slipping the four panel holes on each side over and down onto the
four protruding screw heads on the left and right frames. Leave the top screw loose on each side, and
fully tighten the other three screws on each side. (B)
 Slide one end of the right drip tray support bar "7A" under the top screw on the front side of the right
frame and fully tighten the screw. Fully tighten the other end of the bar to the back right frame with
(1)M4x10 screw. (C)
 Slide one end of the left drip tray support bar "7B" under the top screw on the front side of the left
frame and fully tighten the screw. Fully tighten the other end of the bar to the back left frame with
(1)M4x10 screw as shown. Install and fully tighten (1) M4x10 screw through the middle screw hole on
the bottom of the front panel into the bottom shelf. (D)
