1 - INTRODUCTION

The warranty is to be considered valid only if the installation and use of the products have been carried out
according to the indications in the Use and Maintenance Manual or to written instructions by the Authorized
Service Point personnel.
•
Parts with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
•
Labour and transport costs are excluded from the warranty.
•
All the parts subject to wear (belts, filters, blades, seals, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
•
Costs of interventions performed by the manufacturer's personnel (inspections, disassembling and
assembling operations) caused by a wrong use of the product are not included in the warranty.
•
The manufacturer's Technical Service personnel will indicate which replacements and/or repairs will be
carried out under warranty, and their decision is final.
•
The Company shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to people, animals or objects,
due to improper use or maintenance of the products. The warranty is limited to the manufacture defects.
•
The warranty becomes void in case of tampering and/or even small changes carried out without the
manufacturer's Technical Staff permission and in case of use of non-original spare parts.
•
In any case the replacement of the product is not included in the warranty.
WARNING!
For warranty claims, according to the above-mentioned points, it is necessary to enclose the warranty
card properly filled-in and the corresponding document with the date of purchase (invoice or any other
official document).

The unit complies with the 2004/108/CE electromagnetic compatibility Directive.

Do not operate, service or repair the equipment if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
which could impair your alertness or co-ordination.

Only well-trained and qualified personnel who have read the Use and Maintenance Manual
carefully are allowed to use the unit.
•
Keep children and animals away from the unit.
•
Do not alter the safety and protective devices.
•
The operator is the only responsible for injuries caused to other people or for damages caused to
their belongings.
