- Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe
the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
- We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have finished using it.
- Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or
solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the
device.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic
parts.
> Blade maintenance
- Regularly remove grass and dirt from the blade.
- At the beginning of the gardening season, carefully examine the condition of the blade.
- If the blade is very blunt, sharpen or replace the blade.
- If the blade is damaged or worn, fit a new blade.
Warning! Observe the following precautions:
- Disconnect the mower from the mains and wait until the blade has stopped rotating before
proceeding.
- Be careful not to cut yourself. Use heavy-duty gloves or a cloth to grip the blade.
- Only use the specified replacement blade.
- Do not remove the impeller (A) for any reason.

For safety reasons, we recommend having the blade replaced by an authorized professional.
Important: Wear work gloves!
Replacement blade, as this will ensure top performance and safety under all conditions. Carry out the
following steps to change the blade:
- Turn the mower onto its side.
-Grip the blade (C) with one hand.
- Use the spanner supplied to loosen and remove the blade nut (B).
- Replace the blade
- Securely tighten the blade nut.
