P14: Yoghurt
Home-made yoghurts are easy to prepare. The thermal cooker keeps the mixture
at fermentation temperature so that the yoghurt is ready to cool and eat the next
morning.
•
Insert the multifunction knife.
•
Add the ingredients.
•
Attach the lid and measuring cup, making sure they are secure and locked into
place.
•
Press the start button to begin.
Note: This program consists of two steps; the total time is 8 hours, with the
time during step 2 being adjustable between 3 and 12 hours. The device will
automatically switch to step 2 after step 1 is completed.
