6 seconds. While cycling through each function, press
the MODE button once to turn off the SCAN display in
any function mode and display only that function. If you
want to go back to SCAN, press the MODE button again
to select the TIME function.

Target training modes
The console has four target training modes: time, count, distance, and
calories. If SCAN flashes on the display when switching to the target function,
you need to press the MODE button again to make the SCAN disappear before
setting.
TIME target training mode:
First, press the MODE button to switch to the TIME function. Then press the
SET button to set the target time. The time can be set between 1:00-99:00.
Each time you press the SET button, the value increases by 1:00. Press and
hold the SET button to speed up the setting. When the desired time is reached,
stop pressing the SET button. When you then put the device into operation,
the countdown on the display begins to count down. When the countdown
reaches zero, the console will sound an alarm to remind the user that the
workout goal has been reached. If you continue training at this point, the
computer will automatically start counting up from zero.
