Troubleshooting
The following list will show you a series of error codes that may appear on the display of your hob. If the
problem persists, please contact your nearest authorised service centre.

PROBLEM
Abnormal supply voltage.
High temperature of the
induction coil temperature
sensor.
High temperature of the IGBT
temperature sensor.
Board temperature sensor failure.
Short circuit (F3 for 1#, F6 for 2#).
Faulty board temperature sensor.
Open circuit (F4 for 1#, F7 for 2#).
Board temperature sensor failure.
Invalid. (F5 for 1#,F8 for2#)
IGBT temperature sensor failure.
(Short circuit/open circuit for 1#)
IGBT temperature sensor failure.
(Short circuit/open circuit for 2#)

SOLUTION
Please check that the power supply is
normal.
Turn on after the power supply is
normal.
Wait for the board temperature to
return to normal.
Touch the "ON/OFF" button to reset the
unit.
Wait for the IGBT temperature to return
to normal.
Touch the "ON/OFF" button to restart
the unit.
Check if the fan runs smoothly; if not,
replace the fan.
Check the connection or replace the
temperature sensor on the board.
Check the connection or replace the
temperature sensor on the board.
Check the connection or replace the
temperature sensor on the board.
Replace the mainboard.
