- [SCAN]:
Scan function:
1. Short press [SCAN] key to start scan function, "SC" icon flashes in the LCD.
2. In scan mode, turn [CH] knob will change scan direction.
3. Short press [SCAN] key again to exit scan function.
Add / delete scan list:
In channel mode, press and hold [SCAN] key for over 2 seconds will add or delete present
channel from scan list.
1. When LCD displays "SC" icon, the present channel added to scan list.
2. When LCD does not displays "SC" icon, present channel is not added to scan list.
- [DW]:
Dual-watch function:
1. Short press [DW] key to turn on dual watch function, LCD displays "DW" icon.
2. Short press [DW] key again or press [PTT] key to exit DW mode.
Dual-watch channel setup:
1. Choose first dual-watch channel.
2. Press and hold [DW] key for 2 seconds, LCD displays "DW" icon.
3. Turn [CH] knob to choose second dual watch channel.
Press hand hold [DW] key to store and exit.
- [EMG]:
Choose EMG channel:
Short press [EMG] key to use emergency channel, LCD displays "EMG" icon.
1. Short press [EMG] key once to choose CH9.
2. Short press [EMG] key again to choose CH19.
3. Short press [EMG] thrice to return to last normal channel.
Keypads lock function:
1. Press and hold [EMG] key to lock keys, LCD displays "
2. Press and hold [EMG] key again to unlock the keys.
Note:
- When this function is turned on, only [PTT] key is valid.
9.- CHANNEL FUNCTION MENU OPERATION:
1. Press [MENU] key, the top left of LCD display "F" icon. Press [PUSH] knob to enter
menu list.
2. Turn [CH] knob to find No 1 to No 5 menu.
3. Press [PUSH] knob to choose the menu.
4. Turn [CH] knob to choose wanted value.
5. Press [PUSH] knob to return to previous menu, press any other key or wait 5
seconds, the setting will be stored and exit.
